We want everyoneto be able to use it

We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. This statement describes where we are honestly, including what we are still improving. It is not a claim of full conformance.

01What is in place

Five foundations,already in place

Semantic page structure with landmarks and a skip-to-content link.

Keyboard navigation across interactive controls, with visible focus indicators.

A light, high-contrast palette chosen for legibility.

Respect for the operating system reduced-motion setting, which disables animation.

Form fields with associated labels and clear error messages.

02Where we are still improving

Honest aboutwhat is not done

We have not yet completed an independent audit against every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion. Some data-dense screens and charts may not yet be fully optimised for screen readers, and some complex interactions are still being reviewed. We are prioritising these improvements.

The platform is intended to work with modern browsers and common assistive technologies.

03Tell us if something is wrong

Found a barrier?Please tell us

If you use assistive technology and encounter a barrier, we want to hear about it so we can fix it. Please contact [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL] with a description of the issue and the page it occurred on. We aim to acknowledge reports promptly and will keep you updated on a fix.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). Public-sector bodies procuring the platform have their own accessibility duties, which we support with this statement and ongoing improvement.

Judge it for yourself

The most honest test is using the platform yourself. See a live walkthrough with our team, and try it with the assistive technology you rely on.
